Home Run Club FAQs
When does my coffee ship?
On whatever date you sign up, that will be the date that your monthly order is processed. We aim to ship your coffee no later than 2 business days after your order is processed.
If your order processes on the 5th of each month, for example, we aim to have the coffee shipped to you by the 7th.
How do I swap my coffee?
1. On your account page, once you are signed in, click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS
2. Click EDIT.
3. Click on your current product.
4 On the Edit Product sidebar, scroll down to SWAP PRODUCT.
5. Search for "xxxxxxx home run CLUB” (xxxx being whatever coffee you're interested in) to swap in a new product. Just make sure it says Home Run Club in the product title.

Can I pause my coffee shipments?
Yes!
1. On your account page, once you are signed in, click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS
2. Click EDIT.
3. Choose either SKIP SHIPMENT (to skip just your next shipment) or click NEXT CHARGE DATE (to choose a specific future date for your next order to process).
How do Dinger Dollars work?
And the end of each month, Members receive $1 Dinger Dollar for each time Ian hits a home run + each time other Cubs players hit home runs at Wrigley Field.
Dinger Dollars are delivered in the form of a discount code, via email, and that code can be entered on the cart page before checkout.
The value of $1 Dinger Dollar = $1 actual dollar, and they are redeemable toward any purchase on our site of $20+ through the end of the next month. This includes purchases made at our monthly bundle drops.
How do I get free shipping?
Enter your free shipping code — which is included in each Home Run Club emails — at checkout.
How do I access the Members-Only bundle drops?
At 10 a.m. on the first Friday of each month, Members have access to exclusive merch and coffee bundles, products not available to non-subscription customers. Examples of products we’ve sold include game-used bats, batting gloves and cleats — all autographed by Ian.
These products are “dropped” — meaning that they go live on our site at exactly 10 a.m. — and they always sell out very quickly. They are available on a first come, first served basis, but if you miss out on one, there will always be another one next month.
Members will receive an email the week of the drop with a preview of the items available and a secret link that will allow them to access the items on that Friday.
Why am I not receiving the Home Run Club emails?
Sometimes our emails end up in spam/junk folders. Check there first. If you are still not receiving them, please send an email to contact@connectroasters.com and we’ll confirm you’re on the list.
Why aren't my Dinger Dollars working?
It could be one of a few things to check:
1. Are you logged into your account?
2. Do you have $20+ worth of items in your cart? (DD$ are good on one-time purchases of $20 or more.)
3. Are you using the most recent codes sent via email? (DD$ are valid for the month in which they are issued. For example, April DD$ are sent on May 1 and are valid for the month of May.)
