Brazil Espresso Blend

Our Brazil Espresso Blend is a combination of coffees from Brazil and Uganda, developed specifically for espresso preparation and milk-based drinks.

The backbone of the blend is naturally processed coffee from Brazil, chosen for its role as a classic espresso base. Brazilian coffees are valued for their low acidity, inherent sweetness and stability at darker roast levels. This blend is roasted darker than any of our other offerings, allowing flavors of dark chocolate and roasted nuts to fully develop while maintaining a smooth, rounded profile.

We complement the Brazil with a smaller percentage of a naturally processed robusta from Uganda. Robusta contains more caffeine than its sister species, arabica, and in the cup, it adds nutty and earthy notes and reinforces structure, helping the espresso cut through milk and enhancing overall intensity.

We roast and blend this coffee with espresso machines in mind, making it especially well-suited for drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. At the same time, fans of dark roasts enjoy this blend brewed as a classic cup of coffee, where its bold, rich flavor and smooth finish remain front and center.
