Ethiopia Guji Mormora

We’ve been working with Genuine Origin for a number of years and love the Ethiopian coffees they bring to the table. This one is one of our favorites.

We roast the Mormora to the lighter side of medium and find that it features notes of strawberry, vanilla and a hint of citrus. Almost tea-like in some ways, but it has enough body to not be confused with tea. Great as a pour over.
