About this coffee

We aim for our Espresso Blend to taste great on its own and produce shots that stand up to drinks with plenty of milk, like lattes and cappuccinos.

The coffees that comprise the blend change depending on the season and what's tasting delicious in the moment. Usually, it consists of a washed coffee from Central America and two naturally processed coffees, one of which is roasted darker to cut through a milk-based drink.
