Limited Edition Dark Secret Barrel-Aged Coffee

They are back and better than ever: TWO barrel-aged coffees!

We've collaborated again with our friends at Brickstone Brewery and are excited to offer two unique, limited edition coffees:

• We aged a washed Guatemalan coffee in a 20-year Elijah Craig bourbon barrel that Brickstone used to produce its classic barrel-aged stout, the original Dark Secret. We kept the roast pretty light and taste notes of butterscotch.
• We aged our Dominican Ramirez coffee in a BLiS Maple Bourbon barrel, which BLiS uses to make this product and Brickstone uses to make a variant of its Dark Secret. This is a darker roast than the Elijah Craig, with notes of molasses and dark chocolate and a long finish.

Each coffee was aged for close to two weeks in the barrels and we're really happy with the final product.

Don't worry, though. It has an ABV of 0% so anyone can enjoy.

Get them while you can because once they're gone, they're gone!
