Coffee Tasting 101 (In Person)

This 90-minute behind-the-scenes class at our coffee shop in Bourbonnais will teach you:

• How industry professionals evaluate coffees for purchase and run quality control
• The difference between washed and natural processing and how they affect flavor
  
• Why the same coffee tastes different on a French press vs. pour over
  
• Why coffees from Central/South America tend to taste different than coffees from Africa
• And more!

We will sample three different coffees side by side, and you'll get to connect with like-minded coffee lovers in a relaxed cafe environment — all over everyone's favorite beverage!

This class is designed for all skill levels. Limit 20 attendees per class.

Please arrive about 15 minutes early so that we can get started right on time There's nothing you need to bring except some enthusiasm and an appetite for good coffee!
