Coffee Tasting 101 (In Person - April 22)

This 90-minute behind-the-scenes class at our roastery will teach you:

• How industry professionals evaluate coffees for purchase and run quality control
• The different between washing and natural processing and how they affect flavor
  
• Why the same coffee tastes different on a French press vs. pour over
  
• Why coffees from Central/South America tend to taste different than coffees from Africa
• And more!

We will sample three different coffees side by side, and you'll get to take home a 4 oz bag of coffee of your choice. While you're here, you'll also receive 20% off all Connect products, including coffee, brewing gear and merch.

This class is designed for all skill levels. Limit 12 students per class.
